We are an independent review website, not the vendor. We have no access to your order, your account or your payment. We cannot issue, approve, expedite or influence a refund.
For anything relating to a purchase — access problems, billing questions, refund requests, technical support — you must contact the vendor's payment processor named on your purchase receipt. That receipt was emailed to you at the address you bought with, usually within minutes of payment. Check your spam folder if you cannot find it.
